Atlanta is a very large metropolitan city with suburbs stretching up GA 400. Some feel Cumming and Lake Lanier are satellite cities of Atlanta. So why do families select the growing cities of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton and Roswell north of Atlanta to call home?
Many people tell me the quality of school systems, parks/recreation, cultural events, shopping and business opportunities are some of the most important criteria in their home buying process. There are many beautiful neighborhoods featuring recreational amenities for kids and adults.
But I wonder, isn’t it all about “connecting”? Life is about connecting in business and where we live and raise our families. Maybe the people in North Fulton are extraordinarily friendly and you feel instantly connected? We have watched North Fulton County grow from a “sleepy little town” barely on the map in the 1990’s to a melting pot supporting many gated country club communities, top rated schools and recreational activities in 2009. Johns Creek was born December 1, 2006 and is the wealthiest city in Georgia and the 95th wealthiest in the country. We have crafted wonderful communities in a short time.
